Celebration & Mass for Black History Month
Holy Name Parish in Cincinnati, where Fr. Bill Ollendick, OFM, serves as Parochial Administrator, is hosting the first annual Archdiocesan Celebration and Mass for Black History Month at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 5.
The liturgy will feature gospel music and liturgical dance, with Deacon Royce Winters, director of the Archdiocesan Office for African American Catholic Ministries, preaching. Choirs from Holy Name Church, Corryville Catholic School, and the Office for African American Catholic Ministries will sing.
